This picture was taken at our end of year presentation ceremony, all members of the class were recognised for their hard work and dedication by being presented with certificates. "It's a pleasure and an honour to teach this great group of people. I look forward to each class", said Chris their instructor.
The style of Tai Chi we practice is the Yang 24 posture Form, similar in many places to the Yang long form, this style was adapted in 1956 to allow all persons regardless of ability the opportunity to learn the form and get the maximum benefit from it.
