Krav Concepts - Hardcore Self Defence LEVEL 1 course covers:- Basic Hand / Leg techniques; Elbow & Head Strikes; Wrist, Arm and Shoulder releases; Basic Throws and Breakfalls.
There will be no intermediate lesson on this day, but an open lesson will follow if you don't want to attend.

KBKT - Kickbox Kids 10 Week Term - Tring

KBK Summer Term - ORANGE BELT & ABOVE ONLY
Tring Kickbox Kids Summer Term will start on Friday 11th April for 10 weeks, between 11th April and 27th June, closed for Instructor Training Weekend on 23rd May & Half Term on 30th May.
Grading will take place during the lesson held on 20th June 08.
This class is for Orange Belts and Above Only - Beginners, White and Yellow Belts may attend the 5:15pm class.

This years Kickbox Kids Summer Training Camp will take place on 6th August 2008 and 7th August 2008. Don't miss your opportunity to come and experience Kickbox Kids. Two days of Action packed events, including Demonstrations by the instructors (Jo Staff, Samurai Sword, Breaking and Sparring), Martial Arts assault course, Ninja workshop, EDT Demonstration, Games, Techniques and Fun!

KBKT - Beginners Class

Kickbox Kids - Beginners Class
This Beginner Class is a set of 10 intensive lessons to prepare students for training in our style. Each lesson lasts 45 minutes and is focused on everything a beginners needs to know.
Starts on Friday 11th April for 10 weeks, between 11th April and 27th June, closed for Instructor Training Weekend on 23rd May & Half Term on 30th May.
Students may now start training at 5+ years to maximum 10 years.
Grading will take place during the lesson held on 20th June 08.
