Kickboxing

Welcome to our kickboxing page, we've been teaching this style of martial art since July 2005.

We aim to provide fitness and self defence training within the parameters of a recognised style. 

We teach a well-rounded and safe Kickboxing syllabus and have full indemnity insurance.  Our classes are open to all ages and abilities so why not come along and take part, spectators are more than welcome!

We recommend that you attend classes with sports wear, training shoes, a towel, a drink and some warm clothes for afterwards.

Competition entry is strictly optional, we reckon only 10% of our membership compete regularly, and we've produced 4 National Champions, but if you don't want to fight - you don't have to!

Grading is available in Kickboxing - again Sparring is not part of Grading either!
