Thursday class - Sixth Form - suit ages 16+

Grading to Black Belt available, plus competition entry
All classes are strictly non-contact, students will only be striking pads with their hands and feet, where possible mats are provided also.
Classes are exciting and fun but are also controlled to ensure safety.
We learn a variety of kicks and punches, as well as blocking and fitness.
Safety equipment such as kickshields and focus pads are provided, however students will need to provide their own boxing gloves or purchase our UKMA recommended equipment through the shop - here
