Kickbox Kids Classes contain all aspects of martial arts that your children would enjoy and we attempt to create an environment whereby they learn the attributes of a martial artist as described above, whilst having fun and enjoyment.
Learn about Focus, Discipline, Respect.
Gain Self Confidence, Improve your Coordination, Learn to Live like a Martial Artist (the way of the warrior) - live you life respecting others, being decent and honorable.
Classes are mixed groups of children between the ages of 6 and 10 years. Unfortunately, we cannot accept younger children for insurance purposes.
Classes are taught by a qualified, fully insured instructor with enhanced CRB Clearance and First Aid training. If you wish to see the instructors credentials and certificates, please feel free to ask.
Students do not need a uniform, for their first course and grade assessment. Students participating in their second grade assessment and beyond will require a uniform, the cost of which can be advised by your instructor. Uniforms may be purchased before this time, please see your instructor for more details.
Kickbox Kids is a safe, non contact kickboxing class designed to build fitness, confidence, discipline andcourage. We will also teach your child the traditional martial arts values such as loyalty, honesty, respect and humilty.
A quote from a parent, "My son has been diagnosed with hypermobility, which makes it difficult for him to control his limbs, and with Sensory Processing Disorder, which affects his tactile and proprioceptive senses, meaning that he literally has no spatial awareness, and has problems with coordination. It also affects his auditory processing, which makes it hard for him to assimilate and remember instructions.
Kickbox Kids is one place that he functions incredibly well. Your instructions are clear, you make sure they are all listening, and due to the logical process of movements and lack of background distraction, he is able to understand, and even better, achieve. He loves it, and we really appreciate the confidence, focus, and enjoyment he gets out of it. Keep up the good work!
