The new term for Tring School Kickboxing will start in September, dates to be advised via the school.

A typical class consists of a good warm up, exciting drills, pad work, fitness and great fun in a safe and friendly atmosphere.

Grading in the style of Kickboxing is available and students may also attend other classes at our full time HQ on Grove Road, Tring.

Currently, we have a number of Tring School students who train in Kickboxing, some of whom have competed at a National Level!

Christopher Allen is the Chief Instructor of Tring Martial Arts one of the most popular martial arts schools in Tring, he has been teaching Kickboxing in Tring since July 2005.

We recommend that you attend classes with sports wear, training shoes, a towel, a drink and some warm clothes for afterwards. If you feel a particular exercise is creating a new injury or aggrevating an old one, then stop immediately and notify the instructor. All classes are covered by our public liability insurance and all equipment is provided.

We accept payments online or over the telephone, if you wish to pay by credit or debit card over the phone please call us on 01442 822883, if we are unavailable please leave a message and we'll call you back. Alternatively, we accept cheques made payable to UKMA, please write the students name and address on the reverse of the cheque and send to UK Martial Arts, PO Box 1290, Tring, Herts, HP23 9AA.

Tring School Kickboxing is regulated by UK Martial Arts, Instructors carry full public liability insurance and have first aid training, CRB's and Child Welfare training.
